Memberform
This is a form for collecting and providing memebers with their WiFi information, node number and other related details. We generally leave this information with members once we complete their install, so they have something to reference in the future.
Our Mesh Guide also includes a page to write down this information. Otherwise writing the WiFi information on a peice of paper is also acceptable.
Remember to write down the administrator (mamangement) password for WiFi router. This is important if the member needs to change their WiFi password later. (Most installers have a standard password that they use, but it's helpful to have a record so we don't need to reset the router if we don't know it)
